Creativity and Critique in Digital Learning and Teaching
Insights for Learning Design in Business and Law

This event took place on 1st May 2025 at 2:00pm (13:00 GMT)

This book showcases scholarship projects carried out across the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) at the Open University, alongside practical tips and discussion points which emerged from the work. It is the first volume to bring together the fields of business, law and policing in one volume, examining some of the key pedagogical challenges that educators face in teaching these curricula in a digital context.

The launch event opened with a welcome from The Faculty’s Associate Dean, (Learning and Teaching), Kara Johnson, followed by presentations from the editors Jacqueline Baxter, Helen Selby-Fell and Andrew Gilbert, and a reflection on the future of FBL scholarship from FBL’s Scholarship Centre (SCiLAB) Director, Liz Hardie.
