Lessons from lockdown: Reflecting on the experiences of students and tutors during the pandemic

This event took place on 8th June 2023

The COVID-19 pandemic dramatically altered the higher education teaching and learning experience, as staff and students alike pivoted to online environments. While HEIs quickly responded to the need to move operations online, academic staff rushed to support students and ensure continuity of quality learning and teaching. As much of life increasingly returns to how it was before 2020, this timely seminar brings together two pieces of research which examine those pandemic experiences from the perspectives of students and tutors.

This seminar is hosted by The Open University’s Scholarship Centre for innovation in online Legal and Business Education (SCiLAB).
