The OU is not the only institution issuing digital badges to support employability. Employability Week at the OU is delighted to welcome three speakers who will provide their insight into the experience of delivering digital badges and why there is a growing need to embrace micro-credentials as a means to support formal qualifications: Grainne Hamilton (DigitalMe / City & Guilds), Deborah Baff (Swansea University) and Doug Cole (HEA).
