Sir John Daniel, the Open University Vice-Chancellor is leaving the university at the end of June for a post in UNESCO in Paris. His valedictory lecture entitled 'Open to the Future?' took place in the Berrill Lecture Theatre and was followed by a drinks and canapes reception in the Berrill Foyer area at 4pm, when there was also be a short presentation to the VC.
