In this talk Marianne will present an overview of where and how to make your voice heard in the NHS health care system as a service user. She will invite a service user representative, expert by experience, who will share their direct experience of influencing some of the ways the NHS works.

 

Dr Marianne Markowskiis a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Lifecourse Development at the University of Greenwich. Her research interests cover the topics of education, co-design, healthcare workforce, technology, and intergenerational engagement.
