After introducing the Ageing Well Public Talk series by Jitka, we will explore ageing brain and how ca we support our brain with Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy is a programme of activities and discussion, aimed at general enhancement of cognitive and social functioning.
