Disenfranchised grief in older age (Dr Kerry Jones OU)
Ageing Well Series

This event took place on 19th January 2022 at 11:00am (11:00 GMT)

As we age, we may experience multiple bereavements such as the loss of spouses, children and those that we care for as dependants. However, while such deaths are expected they are not always acknowledged or validated leading a bereaved person to feel isolated. In this session we explore this further and also consider ways to better support people who are bereaved in older age.
