This lecture proposes a top-level agenda for research and development
in technology-enhanced learning (TEL) from the background of the STELLAR and TEL-MAP projects.
On a 5-10 year horizon, research and development of learning technology and practice should pay particular attention to Grand Challenges for TEL in the areas of awareness, engagement, and massive collaboration.
