The seminar gives a short overview of the legal underpinning copyright and trademarks, focusing primarily on the practicalities of managing, licensing and protecting these two areas of intellectual property. The presentation on copyright also covers emerging licensing models for releasing content under open content initiatives such as the University’s own OpenLearn project.
