The Applied Systems Thinking in Practice (ASTiP) group are undertaking eSTEeM funded research into their own, and others, experience and practice of curriculum development in relation to a concern for the workplace capabilities of students.  They will share some early findings from engaging and reflecting.

Unlike Education and Business discipline use of virtual simulation to train nurses and social workers have not been widely used but a number of systematic reviews in relation to simulation games indicated their positive impact on learners.  

Sharif will also be sharing the purpose, research design, findings, originality and conclusion of the study.
