RoboFesta-UK 4th Annual Open Meeting

Educators, academic researchers, industry representatives, and visual and performance arts practitioners working in the areas of robotics, mechatronics and animatronics are meeting at the Open University on Wednesday 10th November to discuss the development of RoboFesta-UK and the Creative Robotics Research Network. RoboFesta-UK is an exciting festival to help children learn about science and technology through building and experimenting with robots. The Creative Robotics Research Network is a new EPSRC funded network which will support the transfer of knowledge, expertise and personnel between industry, academia and the arts.

The presentations at the open meeting will focus on creative applications for robotics in education, entertainment and the arts.
