MK Future Cities Conference 2015

this senior level conference will showcase a range of smart city activities we have underway in Milton Keynes. These include the MK Data Hub - the UK’s first citywide Internet of Things network and world leading projects in autonomous transportation systems and intelligent mobility. We will be combining this with national expertise to create a wider conversation about where next the next opportunities are for smart cities.

Speakers include:

  • Martha Lane Fox, Chancellor of The Open University and Chair, Go-ON UK
  • Sir Alan Wilson: FBS, FRS Chair, Lead Expert Group, Foresight Future of Cities Project

The programme will include interactive panel sessions involving experts from different future city perspectives covering:

  • Opportunities for Cities

The day will include lunch, refreshments and networking opportunities with speakers and delegates who are influential in both national and international smart city policies and leadership.
