Massimo Melucci received his Ph.D. in Computer Science on 1990. Since 2001, he is Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Department of Information Engineering of the University of Padua, Italy. He is author of theoretical and experimental papers on Information Retrieval and Digital Libraries. His current research interests focuses on models for Information Retrieval. He has been involved in European projects, program committees and conference organizations.
