University’s Gender Identity Policy is to be launched imminently and we are delighted that Dr Meg-John Barker, a leading expert in this arena, will be giving a workshop to help us understand some of the implications.  The session will be a 20 min non-binary 101 presentation followed by questions, and then some group work for those attending in person, to discuss how the OU might best support Non Binary students and staff in future. We will take some feedback from the attendees and towards the end, Dr Barker will talk through some of their own thoughts from the Non-Binary Higher Education guidance they produced recently.
